Typically played off the tee, for all to scrutinize and see. Your driver is designed for a powerful, fully committed swing which sends the ball on a long, glamourous trajectory.

Remember the beginning of your romantic relationship? Everyone watching and waiting… so full of hope and anxiety? Your commitment and determination (and love?!) sending you flying through the air on a journey that seemed both certain and wild at the same time. Where on earth are you going to land? 

Some landings are easier than others. When you land well, there are congratulations, adulations, and positive support from all corners. But sometimes you land in a more precarious spot; and you need to muster your strength and determination. It’s not quite what you’d hoped for. And it’s going to be tricky. But you’re confident in your ability. You’re able to be patient and openminded. Once you assess where you’re at, you will figure out what you need to do to get closer to where you want to go. You have the skills… provided you also have the determination and certainty that things can be better. It will take an extra shot or two. And you just have to work a little harder to make it happen.

Join Matt for your lunchtime pick-me-up! This class will focus on the shoulder, hip, and ankle, moving you through a full range of motion. There will be additional stability work for the glutes and core included!

On Core

Garth’s back with another week of On Core, where you’ll challenge your core and stabilize your trunk in just 30 minutes! You’re encouraged to bring a light/medium dumbbell or weighted object (water bottle, book) with you.
